2021 Still White

Our carefully hand-picked Seyval Blanc grapes are slowly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to maximise quality. Fresh fruit aromas, zesty on the palate with a clean, crisp finish. An irresistible style, easy to enjoy but hard to put down.

 

2022 Still White

Our carefully hand picked blend of Seyval Blanc and Phoenix Grapes are slowly pressed and then fermented in stainless steel at cool temperatures to maximise quality. Refreshing apple and gooseberry aromas, zingy on the palate with a refreshing finish. Another irresistible style, easy to enjoy but hard to put down. A wine to remember!

2021 Sparkling Blush

With a limited release of only 330 bottles, this sparkling wine is made from our hand picked Seyval Blanc grapes with the addition of  a small proportion of still red wine to enhance its elegance and intensity. Aged for 2 years on the lees producing fine bubbles and a delicate strawberry aromas, fresh on the palate with raspberry notes on the finish.

2021 Sparkling Brut

With a limited release of only 330 bottles, this Single Vintage Cuvee is a traditional bottle fermented Welsh sparkling wine that has been matured on the lees for nearly 3 years. Made from our hand harvested 2021 Seyval Blanc grapes, there are hints of crisp green apple and stone fruits on the palate, complimented by classic biscuit and brioche character. Fresh, rich, rounded and full of complexity, this superior sparkling wine is perfect for celebrations and toasts.

2023 Still Red

With a limited release of only 165 bottles, the Rondo grape is fermented on the skin to produce a light, cool climate red. There is plenty of fruit character running through with hints of damsons and cherries. It drinks very well chilled, especially with a Welsh cheeseboard.
