Food Philosophy, Menus and Book a Table

Jabajak operates an honest, seasonally fresh and locally sourced food philosophy where all of our dishes are prepared to order using local suppliers, herbs, leaves, edible flowers, fruit and vegetables.

Many of these are grown on-site in our kitchen garden or polytunnel, or foraged whenever possible, so our food looks as good as it tastes.

We change or menu every month to take into account whatever produce is in season, and we frequently offer daily specials. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for up to date information.

For overnight guests, breakfast will be served as usual.
